How to eat healthily
Healthy eating
Everyone has a free choice of how to feed and has a big impact on their health. But nobody actually knows exactly what healthy food is really like. And at the same time, the same two nurse tales are told again and again: First, the usual diet is ideal for humans or even secondly, namely that diet with health has not much to do.
No health without a healthy diet
However, the widespread poor health of people shows the exact opposite, namely that, firstly, the usual diet is obviously not ideal and secondly that complete health without a healthy diet is as good as impossible. But what is healthy nutrition actually?
How do you find out what healthy food really is?
Now, as you know, there are a lot of different diets and diets that are considered to be exceptionally healthy or even curative. The blood group diet, the glyx diet, the metabolic diet, the Fit for Life diet, the Ayurvedic diet, the diet, the 5 element diet, the vegan diet, and so much more.
Eat healthy - think
If you wanted to find out which of these existing diets is the only one right now, then you would spend this and at least ten more lives alone studying them. But in the end, you still would not know which diet is right and, above all, healthy.
Basically, you have to do two things to find out what healthy eating is. First, think for a while. And second, you should do it quite objectively. Forget about your personal culinary preferences, forget about your habits, and above all, forget everything (or at least the most) that you have read and heard about nutrition. Healthy food should be considered a top priority for anyone who wants to stay healthy.
What does "healthy food" mean?
Healthy diet is the optimal diet. A diet that gives the organism what it needs. A diet that keeps you healthy when you're sick and keeps you healthy when you're healthy. I would like to describe this diet here - without compromise.
You will soon make compromises yourself. If you are smart, but only to a degree that your body can cope with in its state of health.
But as long as you do not know what a truly healthy diet is, because you are constantly being fed compromises or even false claims from all sides, then you can not decide how well you will stick to the rules of healthy eating and how far you will go want.
